Hi Mark! I read your book, and I feel so seen! My company is 8 years old, half of which my industry has been in a downturn. Needlesstosay, and while I love what we have grown, the first half was more fun. Our AUM growth rate hasn’t been satisfactory to me. Through a lot of therapy early on, and thank goodness, I blew up my scarcity trigger. My bottleneck now is me - battling my ego and feeling like a misfit professionally and personally. But for my children, I’m unmoored and disillusioned? I am not driven by $ - I am seeking intellectual satiation and connection with a partner.
I worked with a coach early on and have been working personally with an energy healer for 9 years. I worked with a group of mentors consistently about 2 years ago. I joined YPO in the last year in order to learn how others have navigated similar experiences.
I would have clarity on my next step professionally and have a partner personally.
